By its nature garage equipment is subject to high usage hence a high level of wear. Periodic safety inspection is therefore not only a legal requirement but a practical necessity - however, taking equipment out of service for inspection causes delay, disruption and inconvenience for the garage owner.
To address these conflicting issues, Ashdale Engineering have developed a specialised team of multi-disciplined surveyors specifically for garage work. A single surveyor is able to undertake the inspection of all applicable equipment, including vehicle hoists and jacks, air compressors and exhaust extraction systems in a single visit, meaning minimum disruption.
