Ashdale Engineering have over 25 years experience in this highly skilled work, which can be undertaken at the client’s own site anywhere in the UK or overseas. 

We recognise the realities of project work and will always aim to accommodate very short notice requirements, or instances where only a narrow window exists between completion and shipping dates.

Mass and centre of gravity determination is carried out under our ISO9000 Certification by a professionally qualified and specially trained engineer. Our engineer will complete the calculations and raise a final Mass and CoG certificate at the client’s site on completion.

Points to consider

The mass and centre of gravity of skid mounted units must be accurately determined at completion of assembly to enable them to be safely lifted and transported and, in the case of an oil rig and similar applications, to enable the final positioning of the unit to be confirmed.
